Description

You will lead the development of scalable web applications and microservices while driving engineering excellence across the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build rapid, shippable prototypes from initial ideas to validate concepts with real-world feedback.
• Design and maintain highly scalable systems capable of supporting thousands of transactions per second.
• Drive automation through CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies like blue-green deployments, A/B testing, and feature toggles.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure feature development aligns with scope and customer value.
• Conduct root cause analysis and triage technical issues to maintain system stability under pressure.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Extensive experience with Angular 12+, RxJS, Redux/NgRx, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in NodeJS, NestJS, and GraphQL for microservices development.
• Expertise in micro front end architectural patterns.
• Strong command of Algorithms, Data Structures, and Design Patterns.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Jest, and Storybook.
• Commitment to test-first development and writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Ability to use data-driven metrics to inform technical decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
