Responsibilities

• Innovate and craft clean code for the tech stack.
• Lead and mitigate the impact of technical decisions across the product.
• Coordinate with design and development teams to implement pragmatic solutions.
• Own the vision and development of technologies, infrastructure, and common components.
• Mentor developers and teams on best practices and technical standards.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience with Java and common frameworks.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• 5+ years of experience in security best practices for software and data platforms.
• 5+ years of experience with Restful APIs.
• 5+ years of experience with design.
• High proficiency with multiple database technologies (e.g., MySQL).
• Advanced communication skills, capable of diffusing tension internally and externally.
• Ability to define, communicate, and ensure adherence to quality and technical standards.
• Experience working with global, distributed teams.
