Description

You will provide technical leadership and architectural direction for complex software systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical guidance and mentor junior engineers.
• Translate business requirements into detailed designs meeting performance, security, usability, and scalability standards.
• Coordinate research into new technologies with the Architecture team to recommend future releases.
• Participate actively in peer project reviews, code reviews, and design reviews.
• Drive technical decisions and solve problems in a team-oriented environment.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of software development experience.
• 3 to 5 years of technical leadership experience at a senior level.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8, including lambdas, streams, and functional interfaces.
• Deep understanding of Spring Boot and Spring modules, specifically IoC, MVC (Rest), and Batch.
• Experience developing REST APIs using Spring Boot and Tomcat.
• Knowledge of OAuth2 and Spring Security.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
