Description

Lead architecture, research, and planning across multiple product lines and disciplines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design, development, and solver research activities.
• Define and maintain engineering best practices through technical reviews and mentoring.
• Act as a technical reference across multiple groups and products.
• Perform complex bug verification, release testing, and beta support.
• Coordinate with QA and product support to resolve discovered problems and work with strategic customers.

Required Skills

• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 12+ years of experience.
• MS with 10+ years of experience, or PhD with 8+ years of experience.
• Expertise in C# and proficiency with WPF.
• Experience with C++ CLI and Native C++.
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Proven track record in User Interface development.
• Leadership in solving complex technical problems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience translating business requirements into software roadmaps and plans.
• Ability to mentor others and drive success across different teams and geographies.
