Description

You will lead the design and development of complex, high-scale SaaS platform components and services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop microservices and APIs focusing on performance, reliability, and observability.
• Own end-to-end delivery of critical platform features, including optimization and resilience.
• Develop and optimize services using AWS serverless and container technologies.
• Drive performance improvements and identify or resolve technical debt across the platform.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive development best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with strong hands-on Java development.
• Extensive experience building scalable distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Strong working experience with AWS cloud ecosystem and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven experience in Full Stack development using Java backend and React/ReactJS frontend.
• Strong knowledge of system performance tuning, scalability design, and reliability engineering.
• Expertise in API Development and Microservices design.
• Proficiency with AWS services including Lambda, ECS, and RDS.
