Description

You act as the technical lead, designing, developing, and managing key strategic platform system architecture across the engineering product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for multiple complex software products, aligning with business goals.
• Lead the architecture, design, development, testing, and rollout of core business and data solutions.
• Participate in roadmap engagements, defining software architecture and evaluating new frameworks.
• Mentor developers through design and code reviews, and manage cross-platform architecture dependencies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Software Design/Architecture.
• Experience technically leading software projects through design and implementation.
• Designing enterprise-class applications using Java/J2EE, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with Microservices, SOA, and data integration (APIs).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management System.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
