Description

You design, develop, and manage strategic platform system architecture while leading complex software projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for multiple complex software products, aligning technical outcomes with business goals.
• Lead the architecture, design, development, testing, and rollout of core business and data solutions.
• Participate in roadmap engagements to define software architecture and evaluate new frameworks.
• Mentor developers through design and code reviews, managing cross-platform architecture dependencies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software design and architecture.
• Proven track record technically leading software projects through design and implementation.
• Experience designing enterprise-class applications using Java/J2EE, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with Microservices, SOA, and data integration (APIs).
• Ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly and solve problems effectively.
• Working knowledge of ABS Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management System.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
