You will lead complex software projects, designing scalable solutions and mentoring developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-budget projects and manage technical milestones and deadlines.
• Design, code, test, and debug software while maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain backend solutions and automated test scripts.
• Mentor less experienced developers through training and work assignments.
• Evaluate hardware and software solutions to resolve customer issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Mastery of Python or JavaScript.
• Expert knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with Python frameworks: FastAPI, Django, and Flask.
• Proficiency with JavaScript libraries: Angular, React, or Vue.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful web services and API development.
• Solid understanding of database design and SQL (MS SQL or Postgres).
• Expertise in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and distributed system design.
• Experience with Cloud Native Container platforms like Kubernetes or PCF/TAS.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps.
• Understanding of AI capabilities including LLMs, Generative AI, embeddings, and vector similarities.
