Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Java frameworks using Spring Boot, ensuring reliability and performance. You will spend at least 80% of your time on hands-on coding, designing, reviewing, and troubleshooting. You will lead the creation and adoption of coding patterns and best practices across the organization. You will architect secure, high-performance frameworks for cloud and on-premises environments using AWS services. You will mentor engineering teams, guide technical decisions, and drive standardization and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reusable Java frameworks and microservices.
• Architect cloud-native solutions using AWS, Kafka, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead technical strategy and standardize coding practices across teams.
• Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement proactive improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of applied software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and API Design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kafka, and CI/CD.
• Solid understanding of SQL and DevOps practices.
• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Cloud, Spring Security, or Spring GraphQL.
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ, AWS Lambda, ECS, S3, or Aurora.
• Knowledge of AI Engineering, RAG, or Spring AI.
