Description

Design and build reusable CI/CD workflows and deployment patterns to accelerate release management across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain reference architectures for web services, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Build reusable GitHub Actions workflows and Harness CD patterns for OpenShift deployments.
• Develop automation libraries and templates to standardize release cargo packaging and traceability.
• Integrate security scanning tools into CI pipelines to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to improve onboarding guidance and adoption.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python with a track record of leading complex initiatives.
• 8+ years of experience designing CI/CD automation and DevOps practices.
• Hands-on expertise with GitHub Actions for workflow automation.
• Experience building web applications and APIs using Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Knowledge of cloud-native platforms and container orchestration, specifically OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, security, platform, and governance stakeholders.
