You will design, develop, and support scalable microservices and capabilities for an enterprise platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-availability microservices and distributed systems.
• Contribute architectural designs and technical proof-of-concepts.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance to elevate quality standards.
• Own quality assurance, test automation, CI/CD, and production operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical acceptance criteria for epics and user stories.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Java and strong backend/server-side development.
• Proven experience with large-scale platform engineering and distributed systems.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, Pulsar, RabbitMQ).
• Required experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Demonstrated expertise in unit testing, functional testing, and automated regression testing.
• Proficiency with Git, Maven, and Gradle.
• Strong understanding of Scrum methodology.
