Description

You will lead the design and implementation of distributed systems and microservices architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement distributed systems using Java Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Architect resilient, scalable microservices using Kafka or RabbitMQ for messaging.
• Define and enforce patterns for Event Sourcing and CQRS.
• Deploy and manage containers using Kubernetes and orchestrate APIs via gateways like Kong.
• Lead design reviews, mentor engineering teams, and set technical direction across multiple workstreams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience architecting large-scale, event-driven systems with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Deep knowledge of Microservices, CQRS, and Event Sourcing in production.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes container orchestration.
• Experience with API Gateway platforms such as Kong or Apigee.
• Experience working with Oracle or other enterprise-grade relational databases.
• Familiarity with IAM protocols including OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
• Ability to implement Zero Trust Architecture across application and data layers.
