Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software architecture.
• Strong proficiency in designing, coding, and database design.
• Expertise in data modeling and architectural styles.
• Deep understanding of design patterns.
• Proficient knowledge of agile software development and operation designs.
• Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones and countries.
• Strong technical communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and perform technical reviews.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of proven work experience in Ruby on Rails development.
