Description

You will lead the development and architecture of automotive embedded products including ECUs, TCUs, and chargers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from software requirement understanding and architecture to flawless product launch.
• Develop new functions and modules while contributing to the development or tailoring of existing processes.
• Design software, create technical documentation, and establish test setups.
• Align hardware testing activities with product development schedules using industry best practices.
• Automate testing and maintain manual regression suites for software releases.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in embedded software and hardware development for automotive applications.
• Expertise in Embedded C and C++.
• Hands-on experience with 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit microcontrollers, specifically ARM M0/M1/M2/M3/M4, Renesas, Cypress, or Fujitsu.
• Deep knowledge of communication protocols: LIN, CAN, I2C, SPI, UART, RS232, and RS485.
• Proficiency with hardware interfaces: PWM timers, LCD, ADC, DAC, DMA, GPIO, and Interrupt/Exception handling.
• Experience in firmware debugging using JTAG, single-wire debug, RS232, and UART.
• Practical use of CANalyzer, CANoe, and CAPL scripting.
• Understanding of IVN Networks, UDS, KW2000, and IO vehicle testing.
• Ability to create test cases for Embedded C code and interpret OEM test standards.

Preferred Skills

• Specific experience working with Renesas microcontrollers.
