Description

You will lead embedded software development and verification for safety-critical avionics and aerospace systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute verification testing for embedded software, applications, and integrated systems.
• Manage the full software development life cycle from planning through product delivery.
• Apply data-driven quantitative analysis and statistical modeling to inform technical decisions.
• Identify patterns and predict outcomes to select optimal solutions based on empirical evidence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, multi-geographical teams to achieve operational goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development within the Avionics or Aerospace field.
• Deep understanding of safety-critical systems and verification requirements.
• Knowledge of DO-187C and DO-330 processes or similar safety-critical development guidelines.
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with networking protocols including TCP/IP and UDP.
• Experience working within Agile development frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools including Git, Bamboo, Jira, and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in C#, C++, C, and Python.
