Description

Drive end-to-end technical architecture and own solution design for digital modernization initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end solutions architecture design and articulate designs to product owners and agile teams.
• Engage with multiple squads to deliver architecture artifacts, resolve issues, and contribute to product roadmaps.
• Analyze business direction to quantify risks and benefits in developing strategic technical solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners and squads on technology evaluation, selection, and recommendation.
• Partner with peer architects to refactor business processes and rationalize capabilities.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, design, and development across multiple platforms.
• Expert understanding of the agile development process and DevOps practices.
• Demonstrated software development experience with client-side technologies: Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Strong experience using Java, Java EE/Jakarta EE, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Expert knowledge of APIs, UI design, infrastructure, data architecture, and security.
• Demonstrated expertise in cloud technologies, building/deploying applications on AWS or Azure or both.
• Proven experience developing systems based on microservices patterns.
• Track record of translating complex business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with multiple squads in an institutional technology environment.
• Ability to articulate complex architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
