Description

You will develop the next-generation consolidated Matching platform, owning microservices and web applications for data collection and matching processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop the core platform to handle over 200 million transactions daily.
• Implement Domain Driven Design, Event Sourcing, and CQRS patterns.
• Drive execution by solving high-value problems and delivering efficiently.
• Guide and coach engineering teams on software design principles.
• Translate business needs into technical capabilities and contribute to roadmap planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep system design skills for high-scale, complex distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Python, NodeJS/NestJS/TypeScript, Java, and React/Redux.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
• Database expertise with MongoDB, Postgres, MySQL, Redis, and Iceberg.
• Familiarity with Kafka and RabbitMQ for streaming and queuing.
• Experience leveraging AI coding assistants to enhance productivity.

Preferred Skills

• Strong background in object and data modeling.
• Proven ability to work with both relational and unstructured data.
