Responsibilities

• Design system architecture and provide strategic technical direction for new tools and technologies.
• Oversee development lifecycles, including unit testing and end-to-end implementation of database applications.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and advise on long-term solutions to ensure system stability.
• Drive technical innovation and adoption of modern practices within the engineering team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of Guidewire development experience, with a preference for Claim Center.
• 5+ years of experience coding RESTful APIs.
• 8+ years of experience coding in multiple languages including C#, Java, and Python.
• 8+ years of experience with relational databases, specifically MS SQL Server and Transact SQL.
• Expertise in the end-to-end design and development of business database applications.
