Description

You own the end-to-end system design and product architecture, defining security protocols and technology choices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead implementation of next generation cloud-native applications from scratch.
• Act as a core individual contributor, writing complex code and implementing critical microservices using Java and AWS Lambda.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and lead efforts to optimize application performance and database queries.
• Work closely with Product Management to review functional requirements and define Non-Functional Requirements.
• Provide deep technical guidance and code reviews to the engineering team, fostering technical excellence.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Software Development with a proven track record of designing, building, and deploying large-scale enterprise-level microservices systems.
• Deep expertise in End-to-End System Design, Performance Optimization, and Application Security within distributed environments.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for building microservices.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and Angular.
• Knowledge of MongoDB and NoSQL modeling.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Application Security principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience architecting applications from scratch.
• Experience implementing OWASP security standards and designing secure authentication/authorization flows (OAuth2/OIDC).
