Description

You will lead the embedded software architecture and development for continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) devices, specifically the PriSmax platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design software architecture, propose alternatives, and define requirements for critical care systems.
• Develop and maintain embedded code in C and C++, including unit tests and peer reviews.
• Investigate and resolve high-priority field issues while documenting design decisions.
• Estimate workloads and collaborate with architects, testers, and systems engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive V-model development processes within an Agile Scrum framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development using C and C++.
• Practical experience with real-time embedded systems and Green Hills Integrity OS.
• Background in multi-therapy electro-mechanical platforms.
• Proficiency in V-model development and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to communicate technical inputs and design decisions to cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
