Description

You will lead the design and development of Application Performance Management software, focusing on monitoring Java applications across containers, Windows, and Linux environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient algorithms for Java agents to track transactions across various Java stacks.
• Write high-performance code that is dynamically injected into running applications inside JVMs.
• Design solutions that improve product stability, scale, and technological relevance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Documentation, and Support teams to drive product adoption.
• Incorporate feedback from end users and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of Core Java fundamentals and Java concurrency.
• Extensive experience building enterprise-grade products with a focus on algorithms and efficient programming.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience writing web applications using Java web stacks.
• Basic knowledge of administering Unix, Linux, and Windows systems.
• Proven ability to conduct solution demos and gather customer feedback to improve products.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or Statistics with 12+ years of software development experience, or Master's with 10+ years, or PhD with 7+ years.
