Description

Lead the design and development of Application Performance Management software for Java environments across containers, Windows, and Linux.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop efficient algorithms for Java agents to track transactions across various Java stacks.
• Write high-performance code dynamically injected into running applications inside JVMs.
• Design solutions that improve product stability, scale, and technological relevance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Documentation, and Support teams to drive adoption.
• Incorporate feedback from end users and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of Core Java fundamentals and Java concurrency.
• Extensive experience building enterprise-grade products with a focus on algorithms.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience writing web applications using Java web stacks.
• Basic knowledge of administering Unix, Linux, and Windows systems.
• Proven ability to conduct solution demos and gather customer feedback.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or Statistics with 12+ years of software development experience.
