Description

Design and build highly scalable, fault-tolerant cloud-scale distributed applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop microservices using Python and/or Go.
• Build event-driven systems using Python and Java.
• Develop ETL pipelines for ML model training and inference using big-data frameworks.
• Implement metrics, monitoring, and structured logging for service degradation detection.
• Write unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure code safety for continuous delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience focusing on Python, Go, or Java.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• 2+ years experience with large-scale distributed systems using cloud technologies or Kubernetes.
• 2+ years experience with event-driven technologies like Kafka and Apache Storm/Flink.
• 2+ years experience in big-data technologies like Apache Spark/Databricks.
• Proficiency with Redis and databases like Cassandra/Datastax.
• Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
