Description

Lead development, integration, and maintenance of enterprise systems within an Agile team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle from implementation to maintenance and defect resolution.
• Troubleshoot existing systems and drive continuous improvement through rigorous code reviews.
• Promote shared code ownership via standards, documentation, and early requirement identification.
• Participate in defining and implementing the engineering team roadmap.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of proven experience in software development and system maintenance.
• Expertise in TypeScript, React or Angular, NodeJS, and GraphQL.
• Strong background in object-oriented design and enterprise design patterns.
• Deep knowledge of modern enterprise and cloud architectures, including microservices, serverless, event-driven, and reactive patterns.
• Proficiency with SQL and Postgres.
• Hands-on experience with application optimization, scaling, security, caching strategies, and large-scale distributed computing.
• Experience with containerization methodologies.
• Strong data engineering foundation using traditional and NoSQL databases and streaming data like Kafka.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C#, Java, Rust, or Python.
• Commercial experience with commodities market datasets, data feeds, and industry conventions.
