Responsibilities

• Architect scalable technology platforms and oversee technical aspects of high-impact projects.
• Improve production service observability to accelerate issue resolution and performance monitoring.
• Set high standards for coding practices, test automation, and security.

• Collaborate with partners across the organization to solve problems and advocate for modern tech stacks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of delivering business impact.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Proficiency with streaming technologies including Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and testing methodologies.
• Ability to work with NodeJS and PHP services, with an understanding of Go and Python.
• Experience managing high-traffic, mission-critical systems.
• Knowledge of high-performance design principles for REST APIs and web vitals.
• Experience in agile environments with frequent releases and inner-source contributions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with frontend technologies like React and Next JS.
• Knowledge of build tools such as Grunt, Gulp, or Webpack.
• Experience managing or contributing to open-source projects.
