Description

Lead full-stack design and development of IoT cloud platforms, web applications, and mobile apps. Own the architecture of multi-tier distributed systems and microservices on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design and build secure data pipelines with efficient ETL and big data analytical capabilities.
• Architect IoT fleet management solutions including SSL certificates, IoT policies, and IAM role aliases.
• Automate cloud administrative tasks through CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and Terraform.
• Manage infrastructure resource monitoring, logging, and event triggers across the stack.
• Develop and maintain serverless computing architectures using AWS core services.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience with 4+ years in a senior or principal design role.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language: Java, C++ (11+), C#, Python, NodeJS, JavaScript, Bash, or TCL/TK.
• Extensive experience with AWS services: IoT Core, Greengrass, Lambda, Timestream, DynamoDB, S3, EC2, SNS, Cognito, and API Gateway.
• Deep knowledge of data processing tools: Hadoop, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, and PySpark.
• Strong foundation in data modeling, database design, design patterns, and algorithm design.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, ElasticSearch, and Parquet.
• Experience with DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Competency in Unix, Linux, Android, Windows, and Mac OS-X environments.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and infrastructure monitoring using Datadog, Logstash, or Kibana.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in React.js, Node.js, GraphQL, TypeScript, and Python.
• Familiarity with infrastructure deployment and automated testing using PyTest, Robot Framework, or Selenium.
