Description

You will design and develop microservices and enterprise batch applications using Java and Spring Boot while providing technical leadership to the engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop microservices using Spring Boot, Java, and RESTful architecture.
• Implement graphical user interfaces using AngularJS, ReactJS, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop Enterprise Java Batch applications using JSR 352 and schedule jobs with Control-M.
• Build Data Access Layers interfacing with IBM DB2 9.0 and PostgreSQL via JPA or Spring Data API.
• Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers to shape functional strategy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and React.
• Extensive design and programming skills in Java and JEE technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Angular, React, and Node.js frameworks.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Jenkins and Git.
• Experience designing high-throughput systems and working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in Agile Development methodology and associated tools.
• Experience as a hands-on Technical Lead.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like OpenShift.
• Experience developing and testing APIs using Cucumber, Gherkin, and JUnit.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Knowledge of Kafka for event-driven architectures.
