You will lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications, driving technical architecture and engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable microservices and cloud-native solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and React.
• Lead technical architecture discussions, mentor development teams, and define modernization strategies.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, DevOps best practices, and automated testing frameworks.
• Develop and support REST and SOAP web services while optimizing for performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, and product owners in Agile environments to deliver high-quality software.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong expertise in frontend development using Angular and React.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and OpenShift for cloud-native deployments.
• Proficiency in database technologies including PostgreSQL, DB2, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture, REST, and SOAP web services.
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, and Docker.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, BDD, and TDD.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Knowledge of Federal or State Government project requirements, including Section 508 compliance.
