Description

Lead the design and development of scalable, secure enterprise applications, owning the full lifecycle from architecture to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications following Twelve-Factor App methodology.
• Build microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Create responsive user interfaces with Angular, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka and batch processing with Spring Batch.
• Secure web services using OAuth2, JWT, and WS-Security while ensuring Section 508 compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java and JEE technologies.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Angular or React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven systems.
• Solid understanding of SOAP/REST, JSON, XML, Hibernate, and relational databases.
• Experience with application servers, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Maven, SonarQube).
• Proven experience in a Technical Lead or senior engineering role.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Kafka-based event-driven architecture.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or government/public sector projects.
