You will architect secure, governed, and production-ready AI solutions, partnering with the Professional Services Business Unit to scale initiatives from pilots to repeatable deployments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for AI-enabled solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and PSBU priorities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable architectures, roadmaps, and reusable patterns for workflow-embedded AI.
• Define architectural patterns for grounding, orchestration, memory, human review, observability, and secure integration.
• Provide architecture oversight across design, development, deployment, and operational readiness phases.
• Guide trade-offs regarding speed, cost, risk, reuse, and maintainability with business and IT stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in solution, system, or enterprise architecture within large, complex organizations.
• Databricks architecture expertise: Unity Catalog, Delta patterns, model serving, embeddings/vector patterns, CI/CD, and secure deployment.
• Proficiency with agentic AI frameworks: LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and AutoGen.
• Experience designing multi-agent architectures featuring orchestration, shared context, memory, tool integration, and human escalation.
• Knowledge of agent evaluation methods for groundedness, task success, traceability, robustness, latency, and cost.
• Strong background in cloud-native, API-driven, event-based, and composable architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Azure-based AI and application architecture, including containerized APIs, event-driven services, and ingestion pipelines.
• Experience with enterprise search, RAG architectures, knowledge connectors, and systems-of-record integration.
