Lead enterprise solution architecture design and analysis to support digital transformation and large-scale growth.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, domain-driven, API-based solutions to eliminate fate sharing.
• Blueprint multi-year architectural transitions to drive modernization.
• Integrate functional and non-functional requirements into high-level designs with product and technology teams.
• Define enterprise solution visions and development value streams with Lean Portfolio Management.
• Promote continuous delivery pipelines, DevSecOps, and reusable architectural patterns.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on IT design and implementation experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect.
• 3+ years in application development, middleware, database management, security, or integration.
• 2+ years of cloud experience with deep AWS knowledge (primary) and Azure (secondary).
• Proficiency with AWS Security best practices and the Well-Architected Framework.
• Experience migrating monolithic on-prem applications to the cloud via refactoring or re-architecting.
• Knowledge of 12-factor applications, DevOps tools, automated deployments, and containerization.
• 2+ years working within Agile teams and familiarity with SAFe.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Experience in wealth management or brokerage technology.
• Experience designing APIs and front-end user design.
