Description

Lead enterprise solution architecture, designing scalable, domain-driven APIs that eliminate cross-team dependencies. Own the blueprint for multi-year transitions, modernizing legacy systems while embedding end-to-end architectural thinking from the product lifecycle start.

Responsibilities

• Define current and future state architecture models, crafting high-level designs that elaborate into detailed technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Lean Portfolio Management to provide enterprise solution visions and support Agile Program Management in designing development value streams.
• Drive Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevSecOps capabilities, facilitating code reuse, component standardization, and proven patterns.
• Migrate monolithic on-premise applications to AWS using refactoring, re-architecting, and re-platforming approaches, including 12-factor applications.
• Conduct demonstrations and presentations of prototypes and proof-of-concepts to executive management to solve business problems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on design and implementation experience in IT.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect.
• 3+ years in application development, middleware, database management, operations, security, or integration.
• 2+ years of Cloud experience, with in-depth knowledge of AWS (primary) and Azure (secondary).
• Strong understanding of AWS Security best practices and the Well-Architected Framework.
• Experience with DevOps tools, automated deployments, and containerization.
• Understanding of Agile methods (SAFe) and capability to support agile product teams.
• Excellent communication skills to translate business problems into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Experience in wealth management and brokerage technology.
• Front-end user design experience.
