Description

You will lead enterprise solution architecture design, modeling, and digital transformation initiatives for Clientworks and Enterprise platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture modeling using domain-driven, scalable API-based solutions to eliminate fate sharing across teams.
• Blueprint multi-year architectural transitions and migration strategies for legacy on-premise applications.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to integrate functional and non-functional requirements early in the lifecycle.
• Partner with Lean Portfolio Management and Agile PMO to define enterprise solution visions and design development value streams.
• Promote continuous delivery pipelines, DevSecOps capabilities, and the reuse of proven architectural patterns.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT design and implementation.
• 5+ years of experience specifically as a Solution Architect.
• 3+ years of experience in application development, middleware, database management, security, or integration.
• 2+ years of cloud experience, specifically with AWS (primary) and Azure (secondary).
• Deep understanding of AWS Security best practices and the Well-Architected Framework.
• Proven experience migrating monolithic on-premise applications to the cloud via refactoring, re-architecting, or re-platforming.
• Experience with 12-factor applications, DevOps tools, automated deployments, and containerization.
• 2+ years of experience working within Agile teams and understanding SAFe methods.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and present prototypes to executive management.
