Lead enterprise solution architecture design to support digital experience visions and company growth.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture modeling and design using domain-driven, scalable API-based solutions.
• Blueprint multi-year architectural transitions to drive modernization for Clientworks and Enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to integrate functional and non-functional architectural thinking.
• Partner with Lean Portfolio Management and Agile Program Management Office to define enterprise solution visions.
• Promote continuous delivery pipelines, DevSecOps capabilities, and reuse of proven architectural patterns.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT design and implementation.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect.
• 3+ years of experience in application development, middleware, database management, security, or integration.
• 2+ years of experience with Cloud platforms, specifically AWS (primary) and Azure (secondary).
• Deep understanding of AWS Security best practices and the Well-Architected Framework.
• Experience migrating monolithic on-premise applications to the cloud using refactoring, re-architecting, or re-platforming.
• Knowledge of 12-factor applications, DevOps tools, automated deployments, and containerization.
• 2+ years of experience working within Agile teams and understanding SAFe processes.
• Ability to define current and future state architecture models and manage technical debt.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting prototype and proof-of-concept demonstrations for executive management.
