Description

Lead the architectural design and implementation of end-to-end Pega systems, owning the full lifecycle from initial design to production deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise-grade applications from scratch using Pega best practices.
• Architect situational layer cakes and complex enterprise structures.
• Map organizational hierarchies and implement data modeling standards.
• Manage integrations via Pega API, JavaScript API, listeners, and email channels.
• Implement security frameworks including SSO, RBAC, ABAC, and CBAC.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven track record as a Pega Lead System Architect across 2-3 end-to-end project lifecycles.
• Deep expertise in Pega data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with API development and system integration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Development (OOD) concepts.
• Experience implementing complex security models (SSO, RBAC, ABAC, CBAC).

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
