Description

Own the enterprise Splunk platform, driving observability and cybersecurity through high-throughput data ingestion and system reliability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize large-scale data ingestion pipelines and integrations for the Splunk platform.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and implement systemic fixes using SRE principles.
• Drive platform reliability, capacity planning, and performance engineering with modern monitoring tools.
• Mentor engineers and influence technical direction as an individual contributor.

Required Skills

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Splunk platform engineering and large-scale SIEM environments.
• Extensive experience with Linux/Unix systems, networking fundamentals, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages: Python, Go, or Java.
• Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and automation frameworks.
• Ability to operate independently in high-pressure situations with a focus on automation and scalability.
• 5+ years of professional experience in relevant engineering roles.
• Any Graduate degree.
