Drive quality engineering strategy and build scalable test automation solutions for complex systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and scale automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.
• Apply AI/ML concepts to test case generation, self-healing automation, and predictive testing.
• Lead automation strategy, ensure CI/CD integration, and optimize pipelines.
• Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure quality delivery at scale.
• Mentor QE engineers and drive test strategy for complex systems and vendor integrations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development focused on test automation.
• Strong proficiency in Java coding.
• Expertise with Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, and Playwright.
• Proficiency in API testing and complex SQL queries/stored procedures.
• Hands-on experience building and scaling test automation frameworks.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Git/SVN and open-source tooling.
• Proven ability to deliver results in high-pressure environments.
