Description

You own the Salesforce Service Cloud instance for Support operations, ensuring system configurations accurately reflect complex technical issue resolution workflows. You design and implement nuanced, non-linear systems that support engineering-led diagnosis and resolution processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Salesforce Service Cloud environment for Support operations.
• Design and implement workflows for complex, non-linear technical issue resolution.
• Partner with Support Operations, IT, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize system functionality.
• Implement AI-enabled capabilities in controlled environments to enhance support operations.
• Maintain system clarity, usability, and data integrity across complex technical workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in System Administration.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and maintenance.
• Strong background in Support Operations and technical issue resolution.
• Proven experience in Workflow Design for complex organizational processes.
• Ability to ensure Data Integrity within large-scale systems.
• Experience with AI Implementation in controlled, enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud administration.
• Knowledge of IT systems integration and product/engineering workflows.
