Description

You will manage and support the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and identity infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Administer Entra ID with a focus on conditional access, identity governance, and hybrid configurations.
• Oversee email security and threat protection using Proofpoint.
• Develop automation and reporting scripts using PowerShell.
• Implement security and compliance features across the Microsoft 365 tenant.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years focused on Microsoft 365 and cloud-based services.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Deep knowledge of Entra ID / Azure Active Directory.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience with Proofpoint for email security.
• Strong systems integration and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft Purview.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira.
