Description

You will lead system lifecycle management and infrastructure support for digital signage and legacy hardware environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of PLM artifacts, including business process maps, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
• Drive deployment of new digital signage components and provide O&M support for legacy vendor hardware and software interfaces.
• Identify and resolve deficiencies in physical hardware and backend systems (OS, App, DB, Network) to ensure high availability.
• Oversee and automate Linux-based environments, managing network configurations (DNS, HTTP, SNMP) and firewall protocols.
• Develop and execute test scripts to validate performance across distributed messaging platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in high-visibility, mission-critical environments.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks: Angular or React.
• Deep knowledge of Linux Operating Systems and cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with Kafka and ServiceNow for system integration and management.
• Experience with BitBucket and Git for version control.
• Ability to troubleshoot the intersection of software and physical hardware components.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Project and Visio) for documentation and planning.
• Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
