Description

You will lead systems engineering efforts by defining project concepts, establishing objectives, and managing resources for program execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), budgets, technical performance metrics, and subcontractors according to contractual requirements.
• Execute systems engineering work products across all project levels, ensuring adherence to established standards and workflows.
• Oversee architectural design, system performance evaluations, and risk identification and mitigation strategies.
• Interface with customers and vendors to drive project success and align with stakeholder requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, directing the application of principles and contributing to new organizational policies.

Required Skills

• 9-12 years of experience in systems engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven track record in project management and business analysis on complex programs.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, UML, and system design documentation.
• Proficiency with tools including DOORS, Azure DevOps, and Jira.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to serve as a primary technical consultant for complex electronic and software-intensive systems challenges.
• Experience mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams in technical problem-solving.
