Lead embedded systems engineering from concept to delivery, managing technical risks, architecture, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Define project concepts, technical objectives, and engineering resource requirements for embedded systems.
• Drive the end-to-end systems engineering lifecycle, including system architecture, performance analysis, and design strategies.
• Resolve complex system-level engineering challenges and identify technical risks with mitigation plans.
• Mentor junior engineers, ensuring technical knowledge transfer and continuous improvement of engineering processes.
• Interface with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to support proposal development and cost estimation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Embedded Systems Engineering and Embedded Software Development.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ for embedded software development.
• Deep understanding of ARM Architecture and ARM-based systems.
• Hands-on experience with CAN (Controller Area Network) protocol and Bus communication systems.
• Experience with system-level design, requirements analysis, and system decomposition.
• Familiarity with DOORS for requirements management and UML for system design documentation.
• Basic understanding of SQL for data and query handling.
• Proven ability in debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
