Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale technology and automation projects across multiple product lines.
• Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate leadership alignment and facilitate communication across 75+ cross-functional teams.
• Navigate technical and functional complexities within a large enterprise environment.
• Manage technical workflows within highly complex organizational structures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Principal Technical Program Management or as an Engineering Manager.
• Hands-on technical experience in software development and test automation.
• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise projects.
• Recent practical experience in testing methodologies.
• Expertise in risk management and dependency tracking.
• Strong ability to lead and negotiate across multiple product lines.
