Responsibilities

• Drive multi-product technology and automation projects from conception to completion.
• Manage project plans, technical dependencies, risks, and issue mitigation.
• Navigate and coordinate workflows across 75+ cross-functional teams.
• Align leadership on project status, risks, and strategic direction.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in development and test automation processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Management.
• Deep technical expertise in development and test automation.
• Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong proficiency in risk management and issue resolution.
• Expertise in project planning and technical negotiation.
• Ability to lead and align stakeholders across highly distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
