Description

Lead complex, multi-disciplinary technology and automation projects as a Principal Technical Program Manager.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project planning, dependency mapping, and risk management for multi-product initiatives.
• Navigate and align 75+ cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project plans, issues, and negotiations to maintain timeline and quality standards.
• Provide leadership alignment updates and facilitate communication across technical and functional stakeholders.
• Oversee test automation strategies and development processes from an engineering management perspective.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Principal Technical Program Management or Engineering Management.
• Strong hands-on technical expertise in software development.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and methodologies.
• Expert-level project management, including dependency and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead and negotiate across large, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
