Lead architecture and technical governance for Java-based systems in the telecom sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level and low-level architecture for scalable, secure Java applications.
• Define technical standards, design patterns, and best practices for development teams.
• Lead development using Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Review code and provide design governance to ensure system integrity.
• Mentor development teams and collaborate with product, DevOps, and QA stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• Mandatory experience in Java Architecture.
• Proven background in the Telecom industry.
• Strong proficiency with Spring Boot and Microservices patterns.
• Experience designing REST APIs and integrating with complex systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, specifically Cassandra.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance tuning and security best practices in large-scale distributed systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
