Lead the future-state architecture for the Coworker User Technologies domain, defining strategies and roadmaps for scalable digital workplace solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and align digital workplace technology strategies with enterprise goals, creating multi-year roadmaps.
• Develop architectural artifacts, including current/future state models, standards, and reference architectures.
• Guide solution design from concept through implementation, providing technical leadership and reviewing designs.
• Solve complex challenges across the digital workplace stack, ensuring productivity, reliability, and security.
• Lead technical governance, standards development, and vendor evaluations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology architecture.
• Expertise with Microsoft 365, Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, SCCM, Windows, and MacOS.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable, secure, user-centric architectures.
• Familiarity with digital workplace portfolio planning across 5–10-year cycles.
• Knowledge of integrated solutions across identity, security, collaboration, and support ecosystems.
• Understanding of dependencies between networking, security, cloud infrastructure, and end-user experience.
• Ability to present strategies and solutions effectively to senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with any Graduate education level in a related technical field.
