Description

Lead the design, engineering, and operation of voice data networks and associated equipment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy voice and digital channel systems.
• Script and deploy call flows for network operations.
• Monitor end-to-end voice and digital channel systems for performance.
• Respond to and resolve voice and digital channel issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in telecommunications engineering.
• Hands-on work with voice systems and network voice infrastructure.
• Experience deploying voice and digital channel systems.
• Ability to perform technical analysis of hardware, software, or networks.
• Project planning and implementation experience.
• Any graduate degree.
