Description

You will own the design and development of complex, scalable desktop applications for Linux environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex clinical workflows into intuitive user interfaces by collaborating with designers and product teams.
• Design and maintain scalable desktop applications using Qt, QML, and Python.
• Develop advanced visualization components for real-time clinical data processing and display.
• Lead the development of major UI modules and contribute to the overall UI architecture.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce best practices in code quality and software design.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong hands-on experience developing applications using Qt/QML and Python.
• Experience building real-time or data-intensive user interface systems.
• Experience working in regulated environments (medical devices, aerospace, or defense).
• Strong knowledge of Linux-based systems and device-level communication.
• Excellent system architecture and technical leadership skills.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Background developing clinical or technical data visualization interfaces.
