Define UI Standards: Define, own, and govern enterprise UI architecture standards, application structures, routing approaches, and design patterns across all web and mobile applications.
Own the Design System: Evolve and manage the enterprise UI design system, including component behavior, variants, states, theming, and shared UI libraries.
Drive Modern CSS & Component Usage: Establish best-in-class responsive design patterns and drive the consistent use of Tailwind CSS integrated with PrimeNG for layout, typography, and spacing.
Translate UX to Code: Translate complex Figma designs into highly reusable, scalable, accessible, and production-ready UI components.
Ensure Accessibility & Performance: Champion UI performance, usability, and strict web accessibility standards (WCAG) across all customer-facing and internal applications.
Establish UI Governance: Implement robust front-end governance practices to prevent divergence and ensure seamless scalability as development teams and application suites grow.
Mentor & Review: Review and guide UI designs and implementations for new features, while mentoring development teams on UI architecture best practices.
Integrate Legacy & Modern Systems: Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to align front-end strategies with modern event-driven architectures (Java/Spring microservices) and legacy mainframe systems (IBM Mainframe & TPF).
